Tan Vampires are a 6 piece band from the Seacoast of New Hampshire. The Boston Phoenix chose them for its 2010 "Fifty bands from Fifty states". Their new record, "For Physical Fitness," was released September 20th, 2011. They have recently opened for Yo La Tengo and Okkervil River. Big Ugly Yellow Couch recently did a session with them and were more than pleased.
